| This is addition to all contracts and agreements between
Silesia Group
Inc and all Transportation Brokers or Shippers.
As of August 2006 we require all shippers or transportation brokers to apply these new requirements to any trucks or services from Silesia Group Inc.: Fuel Advance All new brokers and shippers
and brokers with 90% credit score or less are required to pay Fuel
Advance after each truck is loaded in the amount of 40% of total
contract fee. Detention time All trucks getting loaded or unloaded for more then 2 hours receive detention time in the amount of $50.00 per hour in the intervals of 15 minutes - $12.50 per 15 minute. Late Payments Late payments for transportation services will be charged $5.00 per day after 35 days from delivery. We send invoice within 24 hours from the delivery. All not paid or delinquent brokers or shippers will be placed on our web site for future reference - www.mna.cc/badbrokers/. We will refused service to all delinquent and unpaid brokers or shippers. Truck and service cancellation After truck has been dispatched and any load or shipper has been canceled we require minimum of $100.00 fee for all time and miles made. Empty miles are charged at $1.00 per empty mile to the shipper. Overweight Every load that has more the 400 lbs over weight stated in original contract will be charged minimum of $50.00. All overweight fee is computed by price per pound times all overweight after 400 lbs of the maximum weight stated by original contract. Price per pound is computed by dividing total price of shipment by original number of pounds times pounds of overweight after 400 lbs of overweight. |
